A true testament to lock engineering, each latch is carefully hand-assembled to ensure the inner workings dovetail together perfectly and provide a seamless operating experience and a latch that will last a lifetime.
If you're wondering which finish type to select, here's the key difference: living finishes gently patinate and change over time, ageing gracefully, whilst ageless finishes are either naturally unchanging, or boast a protective ceramic coating which mean the finish stays consistent.

This horizontal privacy latch lock is recessed into the door. The latchbolt is operated by a pair of door knobs with an 8mm spindle and its deadbolt is operated by a privacy snib from the inside and emergency release from the outside. These locks are usually installed on doors that lead into a cloakroom, bathroom or WC. The privacy snib and emergency release will need to be compatible with a 5mm square spindle.
Minimum door thickness for these locks is 32mm and the maximum, as standard, is 54mm.
