Very high performance, maintenance-free concealed bearing butt hinge which is guaranteed for 25 years. Tested on a maximum adjusted door weight of 120kg and complies with BSEN1935 Grade 13. If fitted with the supplied intumescent pads these hinges are Certifire approved – CF215 and suitable for use on 30-60 minute fire doors.
The HG1007 hinges can be used externally as the base material is Grade 316 stainless steel (CE Certificate No. 1121-CPR-C0031). Supplied as a single item with fixings.
HG1007.01 – Minimum recommended door thickness 35mm. HG1007.02 and HG1007.03 – Minimum recommended door thickness 44mm.
