Director of Customer Relations
Being responsible for customer relationships, I spend a large proportion of my time meeting and listening to our customers and front-line team members. This enables me to make sure that we stay in touch with their needs and the requirements of an ever-changing marketplace.
I am always happy to speak directly to any architects, interior designers, joinery/building contractors or end clients that would like a chat or have some feedback for us.
