As the founder of Joseph Giles, I like to keep a keen eye on how our customers are being looked after, the cash levels in the business, and the general welfare of our very valid team.
Having handed the running of the business over to Joe and Giles some years ago I am not involved as I used to be. Having said that, I am always happy to speak to customers and help them in any way that I can.
