Yes, we have a number of global partners from which you can purchase our products outside of the UK. Please click here to locate your nearest international supplier.

We do not currently have an up–to–date brochure. However, you can find our full selection of products available on our website. We are currently working on designing a new brochure, which will be available in the first quarter of 2023.

We do not currently have a showroom. However, as mentioned above, samples and finish options can be requested from our Client Relations team by calling 0208 680 2602 (during office hours) or emailing [email protected]. They will be happy to assist. We are investigating suitable premises for a Showroom in 2023 and will publish an update as soon as its available.

We now offer products that can be applied to virtually any room in the home. These include lighting, electrical switches and sockets, wardrobe fittings, shower and bathroom accessories, handrail brackets and stair rods – we plan to expand this range further.

Yes. Each metal finish requires a different method of cleaning and maintenance, and we have sourced a range of tried and tested products which we believe will keep your products looking and feeling their best. Please click here to view our Care and Maintenance instructions.  

These cleaning products are available to purchase directly from Joseph Giles and will come with a soft lint-free cloth and fabric gloves.

It is not recommended to use our handles with living finishes on external doors because the exposure will cause them to patinate and wear too quickly compared to usage indoors. As an alternative, we offer plated and stainless steel products that would be more accepting to external applications.

Yes, our IP rated wall light, the LW1006: ‘Fonteyn’, is suitable for bathroom use. Look out for new products within our lighting range, coming soon.

Yes, many of our products are fire rated including the majority of our lever handles and door knobs. We also offer a range of hinges and latches that are fire rated. If you have any further questions or queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via our contact page.
